Since 2009 we have stood at the same table in Aksaray. We keep the tradition of the ocakbaşı grill alive in our 1,600 m² open space in the city centre, with the same care and craft. Our meat arrives fresh every day and is cooked patiently over a natural fire; the flavour that meets the aroma of the smoke reaches your table just as it is.
