Scope of Consent

1. Sending Commercial Electronic Messages
Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, you may consent to the processing of your name and contact details so that campaigns, menu additions, special-occasion announcements and event invitations can be sent to you by e-mail, SMS or telephone call.
2. Non-Essential Cookies
You may consent to the operation of functional, analytics and marketing cookies and to the processing of the data obtained through them. This consent is taken through the cookie management panel on the site and may be withdrawn from the same panel.
3. Transfer Abroad
So that measurement and advertising services can operate, you may consent under Article 9 of the KVKK to your data being transferred to service providers whose servers are located abroad.
4. Use of Images for Promotional Purposes
You may consent to photographs and videos taken at events held on our premises, and in which you appear, being published on our website and social media accounts for promotional purposes.
5. Processing of Special Categories of Data
If you share with us information that may constitute health data — an allergy, a dietary restriction or a dietary preference — you may consent to that information being processed solely so that your order can be prepared safely. Such information is not retained once service is complete.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw the consent you have given at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge. To do so you may send an e-mail to kardeslermehmetusta@gmail.com, use the opt-out link included in commercial messages, or, for cookies, change your preferences from the cookie settings panel on the site.
Withdrawing consent stops processing from the date of withdrawal onwards; it does not affect processing lawfully carried out before that date.
